The Water Stewardship Score™

Every Aquivest asset carries a published Water Stewardship Score™, scored at acquisition, re-scored annually, and independently assured. The score is the single most important non-financial metric in our underwriting. It sits alongside the decree and the pro forma, not behind them.

The score has five dimensions. Each is scored on a defined scale; the composite is published per asset and reported in aggregate at the platform level.

Dimension

Security of Right

• Priority date, perfection, beneficial use, and defensibility of the legal instrument.

Aquifer Condition

• Source-level condition, long-run yield, subsidence exposure, and recharge trajectory.

Ecosystem Flow Contribution

• In-stream flow, wetland support, and environmental water partnerships at the asset.

Community Access

• Municipal, tribal, and small-user access pricing and volume on owned infrastructure and land.

Climate Resilience

• Drought-weighted yield, temperature exposure, and adaptive-management capacity of the asset.
