Aquivest Global Holdings ("Aquivest", "we", "us", or "our") publishes aquivestglobal.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the "Website") for informational purposes only. This Legal Notice (the "Notice") sets out the terms on which you may access and use the Website and explains important legal and regulatory limitations on the information published here. By accessing the Website you agree to be bound by this Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

Aquivest operates across nine offices in seven countries. References to "Aquivest" include its affiliates, subsidiaries, managed funds, and advisory entities unless the context requires otherwise.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Notice and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
