• Rio Grande Basin: Compact-era rights, border-region conveyance, and industrial offtake.
• Central Valley (California): SGMA-adjusted groundwater, surface water, and conveyance; aligned with long-term subsidence and overdraft response.
• Ogallala Aquifer: Long-horizon groundwater repositioning, efficiency capital, and recharge partnerships across the High Plains.
• Murray-Darling (Australia): Tradable entitlements, environmental water partnerships, and seasonal allocation products.
